Meet Christina! Christina has spent her entire life overweight. There has never been a time that she hasn’t been acutely aware of her excess body weight. Despite this she has always had perfect blood pressure and her annual blood work always comes back within normal limits. She is the perfect example of health at every size. And yet, here she is taking “before” photos for another weight loss attempt. She loves her body and how strong it is but feels pressure to conform to societies expectations of beauty.

Original linocut print using water based printing ink on glitter and watercolor background on mixed media paper. Full page measures 6”x 8”. Each print is a little different as the ink takes to paper differently.
